Professional in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana – Bucaramanga Section, Master in Environmental and Resource Management from the Free University of Amsterdam – Holland, and PhD in Environmental Conservation from the University of Living Sciences – Estonia. She has extensive experience in the formulation of programs, plans and strategies focused on air quality management and air pollution control; and has a track record in teaching, research, contract supervision and project management in the public sector. Currently, she works as a public servant and leads the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Air Quality Management – Plan + Pure Air – and the accreditation of the Air Quality Surveillance System in the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Central Antioquia – CORANTIOQUIA.
