She is an environmental engineer and has a PhD in Engineering, where she focused on modeling transport externalities. She is an active member of the Citizen Technical Roundtable on Air Quality in Bogotá. She is an expert in transport, energy and emissions. She has participated in public policy formulation projects on urban air quality and in different personal exposure studies. From Hill, she leads technical analysis of emissions reduction scenarios, analysis of marginal abatement costs, definition of monitoring and reporting schemes of impacts and quantification of co-benefits for mitigation measures in the transport sector.
