CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The CASAP IX Board invites the entire professional and scientific community to present papers in oral presentation and poster formats. Works can be submitted as extended or short abstracts using the official formats
and in compliance with the guidelines laid out therein in the form of an extended summary.
- Deadline to submit abstracts is Friday, December 16, 2022.

- Accepted abstracts will be published on Friday, January 27, 2023.
- Deadline date for sending extended abstracts of accepted papers Monday, February 20, 2023.

All of the papers selected for oral or poster presentations will be included in the Proceedings of CASAP IX, which will be published as an electronic book (e-book) with the appropriate ISBN.
¿How does the process of evaluation and preparation of papers work?
The CASAP IX scientific committee will assess the quality and relevance of the abstracts presented. The evaluation assessment will be communicated to the authors, and they will be given recommendations and corrections based on the initial feedback to consolidate a final extended summary. There may be more than one iteration between the committee and the authors, depending on the stage of development of the abstract. The goal of this activity is to consolidate the summaries in the CASAP IX book of proceedings in a consistent manner so that we can all work together to create better results.
Important notes
- At least one author and presenter of the paper must be formally registered as a participant in CASAP IX in order for this to be included in the final program.
- Abstracts sent by means other than the submission form, or with extension and attributes other than those specified, will not be considered for evaluation.
